One Sunday afternoon in August, we packed up the Suburban and headed to Fern Ridge for an afternoon on the water with the Clark’s and Lyons’. We ate chicken, kayaked and just enjoyed the sun. Rylee had a good time too…don’t let the pictures fool you.

Andy was down on the floor with Rylee one evening and I couldn’t resist snapping a few shots of them playing. The bond they have is absolutely amazing.

These photos are from a while back. Andy and I have been lucky enough to have my mom watch Rylee three days a week. That also means that Unlce Jonny has been able to spend some time with Ry too. Well, one night after Rylee had been at my mom’s, I was changing her diaper and this is what I had discovered! Apparently Uncle Jonny had his first no-help diaper change!! I’m still trying to figure out how the heck he managed that!

Rylee has been grumpy ALL day today…little punk. She just wants to be held, which means Momma hasn’t accomplished anything. So, in an effort to keep my tired arms from falling off, I decided it was time to try the Jonny-Jumper. As you can see by the photos, Miss Rylee LOVED it! And, it wore her out so much that she’s been asleep for the last two hours. Now that’s what I call a good toy!

There’s been a lapse in the Rylee blogging. Things have been crazy in the world of BowTech and sadly, I haven’t been taking very many photos. I got a couple of cute ones today while Rylee and I were enjoying our day together. She’s rolling over like crazy now and she’s really starting to enjoy standing up. She’s laughing out loud more and more often. If I can get a chance while I’m at work, I will try and get some videos posted of the rolling and laughing. For now, enjoy the pics I took today.
